How To Buy - The Design and Creation Process
Design
This will be one appointment with me where together we will go through mood boards, photos and inspirations that you like. From this I will draw up some designs based on these inspirations and once you have picked one that you like I will provide a quote.Confirmation of Booking
If you wish to go ahead with the design, I will require a deposit of 30% of the total dress cost. This deposit is to book the time for me to make your dress. Please be aware that this deposit is non refundable.First Fitting
At this point I will fit the toile. The toile is a garment made in calico or cotton. This is to check that the pattern that I have made for you fits, and where I will make any adjustments necessary to ensure a perfect fit. If you are intending to wear any kind of corseted underwear not supplied by myself under the dress, It will be necessary to bring this with you for all fittings as corseted underwear will affect your shape and size.Second Fitting
This is where I fit the near finished garment to you to make sure that everything still fits properly.Final Fitting and Dress Pick Up
At this stage, the dress will be complete. You will be invited to try on the finished dress one last time to ensure everything is right and then you may take the dress away with you.Payment options
The first payment is the 30% deposit to be received on booking the dress. I offer two different payment plans. The remainder of the balance can be paid in three instalments prior to the completion of the dress. Alternatively, the remainder of the balance can be paid in full on completion of the dress before you take it away.Payments Methods
